Terms of Compensation re Surveys

Only users that have completed and submitted a survey are eligible for compensation. You may not complete the survey more than once and users will only be compensated once per survey.

LIABILITY OF MEDIRESOURCE AND ITS LICENSORS.

• The satisfaction of government regulations requiring disclosure of information on prescription drug products with regard to the Content contained on the Site.
